Your profile can now show your face instead of your initials. Signed-in professionals can upload a profile picture right in the profile editor, crop and zoom it to a square, and it appears on your public profile and in the directory. It's optional — if you don't add one, your initials monogram stays exactly as it is. For privacy, every uploaded image is cleaned on upload, with photo location data (EXIF) stripped out.
Customers: a real photo makes it easier to put a face to the professional you're considering. Professionals: a finished profile simply looks more complete.
