International Interest Privacy Notice

This short notice accompanies the interest form at covermyshoot.com/international and should be read with the Cover My Shoot Privacy Policy.

1. What this form is

Cover My Shoot is not yet open for membership registration in your country. This form lets you register your interest so we can email you if and when Cover My Shoot opens in your country. Submitting it is not an account, not a membership, and not a reservation of a founding membership or of any other benefit, and it does not guarantee that Cover My Shoot will open in your country or that you will be contacted by any particular date.

2. What we collect

• Required: your country, your city, your profession (Photographer, Model, Stylist, or Videographer), and your email address.
• Optional: your first name and last name.

That is all. The form collects no password, no payment information, no phone number, and no identification documents.

3. The one purpose

We use this information for a single purpose: to send you launch-update emails about Cover My Shoot opening in your country, if and when that happens. We do not use interest-form information to create accounts, to count founding members, to rank or select respondents, or for advertising unrelated to the launch in your country.

4. No sale, limited sharing

We do not sell interest-form information. It is stored in a list kept separate from member accounts, and it is accessible to the operator and the service providers that host the website and deliver email, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Where it is stored

Interest-form submissions are stored with the service's infrastructure in the United States. By submitting the form, you are sending your information to the United States for the purpose in Section 3.

6. How long we keep it

Interest records are kept until launch updates for your country conclude, or until you ask us to delete your record, whichever comes first.

7. How to withdraw or be deleted

Email hello@covermyshoot.com at any time to withdraw from the interest list or to have your record deleted. We act on requests within the same 45-day commitment stated in the Privacy Policy, and sooner where we can. Every launch-update email will also carry an unsubscribe route.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to see, correct, or delete your information and to object to its use. Whatever your country, you may exercise the rights in Section 7 by writing to us, and we will honor them as a matter of policy. The Privacy Policy describes the full set of rights and how to exercise them; this notice will be adapted, market by market, before Cover My Shoot opens anywhere internationally.

A note on other countries' laws

This notice has not been reviewed for compliance with the laws of any jurisdiction outside Maryland, USA — including the United Kingdom, the European Union, Canada, and Australia. It makes no claim of compliance with any of those laws.
